Question on Story guidelines for under 16

I know and respect the rule about no sexual content for people under the age of 16, but is it acceptable to have a story where the young person is under 16 and write about kissing at that age. No sex, no fondling, no touching of private areas, just kissing? Thank you

The short answer is no. We really don't like anything under 16, but it can be referenced in very general terms like "When I was growing up I lived on a farm in Montana. That's when I learned to ride horses." General things like that are ok, but it's best to just stay away from anything under 16.
