On the Home page - the big button that's marked "Submit a story" - click on that and start typing away!

Why not read some stories instead

Btw, I agree wholeheartedly with the Right Reverend about using one of them there newfangled inventions known as a werd processor...
While I myself don't have anything as fancy as Microsoft Word, since that one costs money, I do have MS Works Werd Processor on my netbook...
Oh, and do make a serious effort to find the "Spell Check" button before you submit anything...that is without a doubt the most important lesson a new writer needs to learn...
I agree with Nicola on this about not writing the story directly to the site, although, I will admit, I sometimes go ahead and start a story and paste it and save it as a draft here. I've never had a problem with Lush not saving it properly! (Thanks, Nicola, for that feature!) I can always go back in and edit the story before I click the actual submit button.
I often use Microsoft Works to do my writing though. It does make it easier to use a word processor application and then copy and paste it into the "Submit a Story" feature here.

If you loved me,
You would be here with me.
Don't lie to me,
Just get your things.
I've made up your mind."

If you set up an account with either Google or MSN the you have access to online office software, including a word processor. It means that as long gas you have internet access you can get hold of your documents anywhere. There is also the advantage is that you don't leave your hard drive scattered with erotic stories.
I must be weird. I actually write and edit my stories right here in the story editor. I use the 'save draft' feature a lot and come back a couple of times before a typical short story is finished.
I use notepad. It's on every Windows computer. Right-click. Select 'New' then Text Document.
