What is something (anything) you really really REALLY want but you know you can't have? And why can't you?

I want a teleporter. Nobody has had enough brains to invent one yet, so.. until then, I'm holding out for my own personal jet.

I really really want a big green house full of fresh herbs and the talent to make my own suckers and mints using my herbs too! Like a lemon flavored sucker with a mint leaf in the middle ... but I don't have the funds or the time to truly make it spectacular so I just dream about it instead

I would want to live in futuristic world where you just press buttons and everything is done for you.
