Every day, a male employee walks up very close to a female co-worker at the coffee machine.

He stops, inhales quite deeply & says that her hair smells nice.

After a week of this, the woman can't stand it anymore.

She takes her issue to a supervisor in Human Resources (HR) & asks to file a sexual harassment grievance against the guy.

The supervisor is puzzled & asks,

"What's so threatening about a co-worker telling you your hair smells nice?"

She repiles,

"It's Frank, the midget!"
Gina, Gina, Gina....you are soooooooo wrong!
Sex is not the answer. Sex is the question. "Yes" is the answer. ~Swami X

It is only Harassment when the actions or words are from a person whom the recipient does not like or find attractive.

I have always had my own quote when it comes to Sexual Harassment.

" Sexual harassment is a person (man or woman) who puts in the time to look their best, only to not be noticed or complimented on how they look" can anything be more harassing for a woman than being invisible?
so true LOL
