Most of my adult life, save, but now we are getting into more of a spending mode. Lots saved up even after this hellish week so we can splurge more.

I worked for the senior leadership of the Ohio Democratic Party 15 years ago. Now I'm just active in promoting liberal causes.

What are you a member of (besides Lush)?

Mostly just other websites right now. StoriesSpace of course, Floorworld (fan site by and for Dutch singer Floor Jansen), Wondercafe2 (the site I run), a couple others. IRL, I used to belong to the local UU church but pulled out due to changes in the place that did not sit well with me. Keep thinking about going back, though.

Did you ever just get up and walk away from something that used to be important to you?

Local disc golf league and LGBTQ book club.

With absolutely no restrictions or concern about the logistics of it's care (just assume it's taken care of), what animal would you want as a pet?

Cat, hands down. No, not very weird or exciting, but I am a cat person. Even a fan of the musical Cats and saw it live once (but avoided the movie based on the reviews and word of mouth). Alas, my wife doesn't like having fur in the house so I have to settle for having a grandkitty (my son and his wife adopted a kitten a couple years ago).

Hmm. My family had a dog, cat, and fish at one point but I don't remember how many fish. A lot.

No

Not really.

I guess my withdrawl from "social media" is a bit of a boycott, at least in Meta's case. Zuckerberg po'd me with his rather cavalier attitude to privacy and people's personal data.

No

Have you ever been in the back of a police vehicle.

Um, yeah. Once after totalling a vehicle on a major highway, once when they mistook me for a bank robber (really). Had to sit and chat with the arresting officer until his supervisor checked the security video and cleared me. They never really thought it was me, I don't think. If they did, they were being remarkably chill about it.

What is the scariest encounter you've had with law enforcement?

I was on the grounds of a very private place, where the general public was not allowed to visit. I was there with permission, but security did not have me on their list of approved persons for that day. I was detained for a couple of hours before the owner sorted things out. He went to a badge system shortly after that.

Have you ever been on private property without permission, i.e. trespassing?

Yeah. When I was modeling, photographers would take me to abandoned buildings, school-houses, factories, and warehouses for photo-shoots, although they were abandoned, they were technically owned by someone.

NO

I’m not sympathetic to any particular ideology, but wouldn’t be at a hands off event

Would you be likely to suntan at a nude beach?

No, I would have SPF 50 sunscreen and a giant parasol because this ginger skin goes from pale to burnt and nothing in between.

No. I mean, I am good at playing with my stick, but not that kind of stick? 😉
