Sitting in our College Common Room, we were having a heated discussion on which was more painful ... childbirth or a kick in the nuts !!!

The guys argued that the kick was more painful than childbirth... the girls argued childbirth..

Well not all the girls... I have to admit that I think a kick in the nuts must surely be more painful than childbirth ???

My reasoning is this...

A year or so after giving birth, a woman will often say, "It might be nice to have another child?"

I have never heard a guy say, "You know, I think I would like another kick in the nuts !!! "

... no royalties .. giggles.. use away ... mmmm might cost u a ... giggles

This really made laugh Hayley! smile
Since I have never given birth, I cannot comment on how painful it is, although I was present at the birth of my first child. I have suffered from proctitis fulgex (look it up), as did my mother in law, and she said it was worse than childbirth. A migraine can also be pretty disabling. But pain tolerance is very subjective, and one person can cope with what another person finds disabling. So there is no true answer to this conundrum, and to argue about it is really futile.
I was terrified to have natural birth and lucky for me I had two C-sections.

I kind of think childbirth hurts way more then a kick in the nuts.

Just Saying....

Lol. Good point. Like most things, it depends. If you were comparing a single contraction to a kick in the nuts. Then nuts wins. But my wife was 10 hours in labor. Then birthing wins. I'd rather get kicked in nuts than give birth any day. Gawd I'm glad I'm a guy.
Actually, it feels pretty good to kick someone in the nuts.

You can’t truly call yourself peaceful unless you are capable of violence. If you’re not capable of violence, you’re not peaceful. You’re harmless.

I have heard that it is possible for a man to experience the pain of childbirth ... all he needs to do is take his top lip in both hands and pull it over the top of his head !! ... am sorry u experienced such a horrible condition... and apologise if my black humour offends u biggrin

Okay, Hayley, I've used your example a couple of times now, so drinks are on me. Gladly. Where shall we meet...or I can send a limo!

Hmmm...could be mistaken - I almost was once - but I don't think that's what we're referring to here.

That I agree with. Is it true to say also there is usual (well in my experience) few events that proceeds a kick in the nuts that involves sexual bonding. Maybe Her Royal Spriteness might have a few pearls of wisdom on that one

You're probably right - but it also depends heavily on whether you're the kicker or the kickee! (See:sprite, re:nutkicking)

Ah but how about a massage for them, to help recover.
There is the member suffering referred pain too.
