This is internet 101, but for those that haven't taken that class:
If you post images on any website, they can be copied. It doesn't matter which software protections (disable right click etc) are in place on a site, anyone can take a screenshot. It is impossible for any site, to protect against that.
When you post your personal images, be aware that anyone on the internet can see them, and indeed copy them. They might even attempt to use them for malicious purposes.
We set up private galleries for this reason, for those who wish to post their own images, and only share them with their friends.
For those that don't care who sees their images, this doesn't matter. This is an ADULT site after all, people join fully aware of that fact.
If you are at all worried about posting personal pics, DON'T!
There are some very unsavoury elements in society who find themselves on the internet, and see it as their playground to try and harm people for their sadistic pleasure.
So, think very carefully about which pictures you are going to post on here, and indeed anywhere else on the web.
