A bag of bacon crisps and another cheese and onion .... I am on a diet and so eat low calorie foods and certainly very sensibly at lunchtimes to ensure I hit the 5 a day target and more. After all my body is a temple and you are what you eat.
Oh its lil ol me again !! Well trying to improve my diet so 1 x apple, 1 x banana and 2 x satsumas (= 3 of the all important 5 a day !!). Bloody boring though !!
