I read that earlier yesterday morning, and discussed it with my gf. Fortunately, neither her nor I regularly eat at those restaurants - although we used to dine at The Cheesecake Factory quite a bit a few years ago.
We were both surprised that McDonald's french fries were the healthiest fries you could obtain. That...was a shocker.
Good thing, too. I've quit eating at Mickey D's for the most part, but I still gotta have some of their fries and a chocolate shake on occasion!

I'm not a big fast food eater myself though I will say I do love Mickey D's fries Wendy's to for that matter. Bout the main fast food joint I love is Wendy's course them being the only ones that have Chili which I adore.
