When I was in college, I would listen to classical while I studied. Now, I listen to more upbeat music for stress relief and it depends on my mood. Sometimes classic rock (The Beatles) or current Top 40 ( Katy Perry's Firework). These are just examples. Kings of Leon's Use Somebody is another of my favorites.
We have some pretty mean highways around here. So driving it has to be Pantera ( lived next door to Vinnie Paul for a year) or Lamb of God.
