RUMPLATIONS: Awesome Honky Tonk and Cyber Bar How Y'all Are?

Hey y’all, I have been a hard worker this week and I’m sure I’m missing all the hot goss. Why do we have to work anyway? I’m kidding of course. I love what I do and the sense of accomplishment, confidence and pride when I have a good day at work.

Reese, I bet you haven’t ever wallowed anywhere 😊. And you gentlemen keep me laughing, wired on coffee and sugar lol. I love it ❤️

Looking forward to a long weekend here. Pool, shopping, sleeping, maybe sex…not necessarily in that order.

Lights on, Lady Dryad has cleaned up the empty bottles and we're good to go!

Tea Kettle is refilled and steaming away. There are pots of Red Rose and Darjeeling teas available on the sideboard, plus all the other fine teas in the box. Sachets of Swiss Miss are available, along with the usual mound of mini marshmallows.

Big Bertha has been cleaned up, rinsed, and refilled, and is rarin' to go.

Today we're using Loon Call coffee from Muskoka Coffee Roasters, 'cause it's a LONG weekend comin' up, and everyone wants that laid-back, cottage-y feeling!

I've put out donuts, with Sara's sprinklies set aside.

Plus I've got some chocolate biscotti for y'all.

Good morning, Bear and good morning everyone. Yay! I get to have the first cup of coffee and first pick of the sweets. Chocolate biscotti yum.

It's after lunch so I will have a red wine if you don't mind. And a biscotti for desert. Long weekend and no plans so hopefully writing will happen. Still don't have a poem for the StoriesSpace comp and there's like three fiction works on the go that I can work on.

Good morning, almost afternoon here. I will stick with my coffee. My first cup is always black where I get back in bed and sip it while seeing what’s going on in the world.

I had to look up Assam lol. I have a very good friend whose family is from India. Her mom makes the best Chai.

Canadian university football got underway last weekend. Western University down the street (where I did my Master's) beat my son's alma mater Ottawa in their opener. Tomorrow is the battle of the ape schools. Western (Master's degree) plays Waterloo (BA).

Okay, I've put some Nicaraguan Dark Roast from my friends at Las Chicas del Cafe in St. Thomas, Ontario into Bertha. There's Original Earl Grey (has orange as well as bergamot) and Scottish Breakfast teas. And the usual assortment of intoxicants, of course.

Based on the composition of the pile and the rather haphazard way they had accumulated, I suspect Kimmi, her invited guests, and her boy toys are forgetting to put some of their undies back on after play time. But that's just speculation. The other option is that the bear has a fetish and keeps his collection there. 😊

So, yesterday was not only Market Day, but we were invaded by my nephew and his two young sons.

What, with Lady Jay fussing about getting the house ready, then both of us collapsing after the 6-year-old and 3-year-old left, I didn't make it in yesterday. Sorry about that!
