Coach Noll was an excellent coach to build an existing team of 1933 and he left a legacy in Pittsburgh. He scared the best out of a team and built the team accordingly. After Coach there came Bill Cowher and Mike Tomlin and they were told "keep the Steelers to the philosophy of Noll". Coach Noll is an excellent coach.
Coach Landry built the Cowboys and if the organization had stayed with the the Landry philosophy. Just think where the Cowboys be today.
Any way yes Defense wins championships but You have to put Coach Landry just above Coach Noll.
