Are we talking the Japanese style anime Ecchi/Hentai here, or the more "Western" style in lack of a better word.

Try Carnal Comics!! Think they still exist
In Europe you can buy sexy comics (Erotica comics)and most are nicely written with great graphic. They do have their own niche as the subject are something like a caricature, although not to that extreme.. everything is more accentuate, like Hentai I guess.
Think of great story from LS illustrated with very well drawn erotic graphics.

I've heard Velvet Kiss is a good one.
They can be good - depending on how they are laid out. I enjoy reading BDSM friendly ones, such as at the moment I'm reading Nana to Kaoru.
It can be hard to pull them off but kudos to those who do.
(The size change community have a massive graphic side to it for artwork and such)

Omaha: The Cat Dancer an underground comic from the 70s and 80s. While I wouldn't call it porn exactly as the characters are too deep and the plots too interesting for porn, there is quite a lot of graphic sex. Great series from back in the day, and has quite the pedigree with both Neil Gaiman and Alan Moore commenting on its quality.
Plus, Lost Girls by Alan Moore is another A+ erotic comic.
But if you're going for straight porn, Cherry Poptart with 22 issues from 82-2000. Highly explicit sex mixed with art invoking memories of Archie.
Omaha is a great series, even without the sex, definitely a recommend.
