I love a homemade flat bread pizza with feta, spinach, roasted tomatoes, and pancetta or Canadian bacon (ham).

New York Style Pepperoni
Especially from little hole in the wall mom and pop shops.
My favorite pizza goes like this. I buy some dough from trader joes then top it with some shredded mozzarella, not a lot. Then I put some proscuitto, pear (canned baby pear works best or if it's fresh cut it very thin and remove the skin) and some good blue cheese on it. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle some more mozzarella on it to keep it all together. Bake it to your desired crispiness. I use a one of those pizza pans with a bunch of little holes in it to get a nice crispy crust. While it's baking toss some arugula in some balsamic vinegar and top the pizza with it when it's ready. It's so damn good.

In my home village, Aldo, the chip shop owner, makes the greasiest, artery-cloggingest doner meat pizza (basically a cheese and tomato pizza with a TON of doner meat, onions and chilli sauce dropped on top). It was the tastiest thing.
It may be the one thing I'll miss since turning vegetarian.
Hawaiian (ham and pineapple)
A place near our cabin makes a loaded baked potato pizza. It's whipped potatoes, cheese, bacon, & inion with a sour cream sauce. So yummo!
