the facebook angle be damned - she lied to her employer! i don't care if they saw her on facebook or on the jumbo screen at the ball game or football match. she lied and that was grounds for dismissal! what the fack were other workers doing on facebook anyway? did they get their arses fired? hell, the woman fired was at home while those eho 'caught' her we goofing off at work!!!!!
