Daffy, but it would be a hell of a battle. Donald is just full of bluster and rage (rather like another Donald I think we all know) while Daffy has enough smarts to be dangerous at times (just ask poor Elmer Fudd) though he doesn't hold a candle to his frenemy Bugs.
