18-19, maybe 20. I like them young and naive. I hate when they're smarter than me!

LOL - you'd make a good straight man, Jack - oh, the witty remarks i have floating around in my head right now *giggles*

Oh? Is there something I'm missing here?

*giggles* yes, you're missing a lot - if you'd loosen up and accept all those invitations i keep sending you, you'd know exactly what you're missing, too biggrin

You can’t truly call yourself peaceful unless you are capable of violence. If you’re not capable of violence, you’re not peaceful. You’re harmless.

Divide your age by two and add seven. Thats as low as you should go.

And its antipode would then be multiply your age by two and subtract seven. That is as high as you should go

IRL, I would feel a little funny being with a guy under 30 (I have kids older than that); but on-line, it's all about excitement and fantasy and I have to admit I've had great fun teasing a 24-yo.
Besides, stamina is nice, but one earth-shattering bull's eye beat six near misses any day

When getting into a relationship, or even when playing/cybering online with someone, what is your age limit.

I think it simply depends on the person. I've never really dated anyone that much older than me, but I've dated women a lot younger. With the ones that worked, it really came down to a matter of intelligence. The last girl I dated was 18 years younger, but she was just....dumb. She couldn't even hold a conversation about vacuous crap. When I wasn't fucking her, I was bored.

Intelligence and spelling; those are my two indicators.
If they use grammar correctly and consistently.... please excuse me while I remove all of my clothes and assume the position of their choice.

As long as they are imaginative, responsive, and can spell and construct intelligible sentences, and aren't obviously chatting simultaneously (long, long pauses) I am not too worried about age. Context and mutual interests are much more important.

Age is just a number. If there is a connection between two people irrespective of age, I think both should explore it further.

Absolutely! It's difficult enough to find someone we connect with. Why throw age into the equation?

These are my thoughts exactly!! If we are constrained by age as limits, then our experiences will become very limited.

I am all for living life to it's fullest - as long as one is over the age of majority .... and not yet dead!

I kind of like the "older" ladies. They seem to be less inhibited in their thinking, and when they start sharing their experiences, even a salty ol sailor will start taking notes!

spelling?? I'm not sure many know what that means anymore! I know one will slip through once in awhile, but hell! even my phone has spell check- there's really no excuse for bad grammar! :-p

I could not have said it any better myself.
Why should one have to limit there horizons because of a number.
The heart is much easier to follow.

If the two people are happy why should it even matter to others

That is a very good question, I have always been with older men, my last husband was 17 years older, however, my new boyfriend is the youngest man I have ever been with respectively and he is still 8 months older, I have found I don't have much in common with younger men, they just don't excite me, but I am not so niave as too think that I would not ever meet one that would.

I don't think it matters to be honest.. long as the younger person is legal. My bf is 25 years older than me, but we have so much in common. We get on really well and we just click. We don't tend to think about the age gap and quite often forget there is one because it doesn't bother us in anyway. You love who you love.. age is just a number

As far as lush I don't have a specific limit. I take their interests and our interactions into consideration. I do have the best conversations and chats with people my age or older though.

In real life I usually dated someone around my age or within 5 years older but before I got married I fell for someone 5 years younger and my hubby is younger - so I think it's best to be open as long as the person is of legal age! With that said, younger people are still growing and learning and the older a person is the more set in their ways they are...

Okay, so at 104, I guess I like a younger partner. I had a conversation about this a while back. Say the age difference is twenty years. 30 and 50. In the short term this could be fantastic. Both fit and healthy, mature enough for one, young at heart for the other. Fast forward fifteen to twenty years, 50 and 70. The younger one becomes a carer for an elderly partner. That's a big ask.

As for cyber/phone sex....anonymous sex, I could be any age, 24 to 104.

I have young friends with wisdom beyond their years and older friends that haven't lived. So what's my answer? Dunno!

I guess I'm lucky...At 33 I was asked the other day over the phone repeatedly, if I was actually over 18. In person, Some have given me the age stamp of 25, and my Wii Fit keeps telling me I have the fitness of a 20yo - so I don't really care about an age limit, so long as my partner can keep up with me!

no age limit but for a relationship... no more than 5 years younger or older

Guess I don't have much of a limit either way. The biggest difference was 16 years - her 52, me 36. I wouldn't be opposed to that gap again, up or down!

It's a personal perception. Me? ...I actually prefer a slightly more mature (older) woman, although I have made some younger (female) friends that are easy to talk to and portray a very mature outlook on life. One is actually still a virgin - and have become really good friends, talking to each other almost daily. Bottom line; if you feel and see the connection - it should all be good

Correction; .....WAS!!!!

I rarely come to the forums, not sure why other than time and energy... Anyway, I think in real life my choices have been made, I"m 32 and my lover is almost 62, very mature and giving, if you know what I mean. On line is a different story, fantasy can be whatever we choose it to be though I tend to still prefer a mature man to the young studs who so enjoy the quick hard pounding encounter, give me a man who knows the value of taking time to smell the roses any day. So, in cyber and role play I tend to want maturity in the men or women I play with. If they happen to be 18 and can hold that as dear, fine, if not I'll know it and send them packing in a heart beat.

All depends on the maturity level....and how much i like the person...theres no set age difference...its kinda stupid to deny someone love based on JUST their age

Age truly is only a number.
What is in your heart is really who you are.
That should be all that counts. What is in your heart?

Age is just a number ...
Maturity and intelligence level are the only concern, really. Oh and compatability.

Depends on the person. As long as we have a good conection, some thing in common, it really doesn't matter.
