I’ve never done it but posing for nudes piques my interest. It could even be a blast in the right setting.
I don’t mind the idea of my nudity being out there if it’s tasteful and/or professionally done. I mean, I’d like to look good after all and if work or family see the pics, I can lean into it as an artist expression of the human form. If it’s only for personal use by someone, then I don’t have any negative feelings about it, regardless of how everything turns out, beyond the potential for what is personal becoming public.
My biggest hang up would be the method of capture. One-on-one with a photographer that made me feel comfortable? Sounds fun. Me nude in a room full of silent students painting on a canvas? Honestly way too intimidating. So I suppose that my line-in-the-sand would be somewhere between those two.

Being asked to pose either naked or even partially clothed can be quite daunting at first.
I’ve done a few totally nude sessions, and found them quite liberating, but I had worked with the photographer before, and knew that he wouldn’t publish anything without my permission.
Be prepared to sit about for periods though while the photographer works on the lighting etc... it can be a bit boring but it’s necessary

My wife earned extra money in college as a nude model for the life drawing classes and was hired by other art studios as her reputation became known because she could hold difficult poses and, unlike a lot of the models, she was reliable. Later she convinced her instructor to allow me and her to model together for the life drawing class and both of us, her more so than me, have done some nude photography modeling.
