I wanted to be a marine.... that died out when I was around 16. After that I wanted to be a chef. I am now a bakery owner, starting school next year to get my chef's ticket and then in 10 years, hopefully I will have a small restaurant.

As a teenager, I wanted to be a photographer; a photo-journalist to be precise. (I imagined myself in worn-torn civil strife countries, reporting back to someone who cared)
Now, when I grow up (or is that retire??) .... a hamburger/food/cooking/martha-like blogger would be wonderful. But can I make a living doing that? hahaha Or ... start up a wool shop (I can blog, write naughty erotica stories and chat on Lush during the day as I'd be my own boss!). Bonus for lots of wool/yarn to knit Genuine Canadiana Toques!
