More confidence, when it comes to making first moves or giving off "come get me signals" I can be very inhibited and over self-conscious which puts some guys off because they think I don't like them or they think I'm a bit aloof.

I think one thing that would most draw the opposite sex to me would be more confidence. I think confidence and self esteem/self worth go hand in hand. And currently my self esteem is in the pits. I do feel the more confident someone is in their own skin the easier it is for others to be happy with them as well.
