Never. In fact I make it a point to seem distant after working around (not with) some women who would file a complaint for simply saying "good morning". I have worked in places where there have been sexual harassment in the workplace cases on the most ridiculous grounds. And due to "zero tolerance" policies, the man is the one who gets fired.

Sex with a co-worker; always tempting but never advisable. Most relationships eventually end and often not amiably.
