Wildly underrated director. To Live and Die in LA. The French Connection. Sorcerer. The Exorcist. Bug (my fave of his).
Great movies all. I'll miss him. Rest peacefully.

Tintinnabulation - first place (Free Spirit)
Comet Q - second place (Quick and Risqué Sex)
Amnesia - third place (Le Noir Erotique)
A legend.
Underrated? The French Connection and The Exorcist alone are among the most acclaimed movies in the history of cinema. Not sure I would consider him underrated even if he did drop a few duds, too.
RIP, but his creativity will love on.
Apes can talk dirty, too. Here's my entry in the "Dirty Talk" competition. Read it and let me know what you think. A virgin student gets a special present from his female housemate.

Yeah, okay. He won an Academy Award, so I guess he wasn’t too underrated. I just assumed most people thought of him as the guy who directed The Exorcist. I have a real itch to watch To Live and Die in LA now - looks like it might be hard to find.

Movie Night.
I expect nachos, redvines, churros and Mexican spicy peanuts w/ lemon juice.

Red Vines are inferior to Twizzlers.

I like the sound of Mexican spicy peanuts with lemon juice myself.

Yes!!!
I visited a few shops yesterday looking for this exact brand and was unsuccessful.
I know I can purchase them online but I am impatient when it comes to parcels.
Goodness gracious, I was so ready to eat them once I found them that I had a lemon w/ me. That's how ready I was.
I’d eat those.
To Live and Die in LA is not streamable. I saw a in a theater in Brooklyn with some loud woman yelling at the screen the entire time. It was perfect.
The Exorcist scares me too much. We might settle on Sorcerer this weekend. Or Bug, for the third time. I LOVE that movie.

The Exorcist scares you? It's an annual Xmas film in our family.
I LOVE horror--I write horror--but there are a handful of movies I have to be ready for because they really get to me: The Exorcist, The Ring, The Conjuring (first one), The Empty Man. They'll come out near Halloween.

Have you watched the original Ring, Ringu?
