There are over 200,000 members here, but on Facebook, Lush has less than 700 'likes'. Why not get on Facebook, and 'like' Lush? You get a lot of enjoyment here, so you can at least 'like' Lush, can't you?

Sadly, not on my personal account, no! We don't all have such open-minded family and friends, I'm afraid.

Indeed, as Shylass points out, LUSH is not really something that a lot of people's family and friends would understand or approve of. But to be honest, there are many things I don't share on Facebook... not just LUSH.

Same here. And some of my FB friends are the moms of my daughters' friends. I'd rather they didn't find out about my lush habit. Sorry, Lush! sad

Exactly. Also, my kids' teachers. Not happening.
No. ._. ... That's social suicide for me.
Thanks for the shout out Kornslayer.

Unfortunately, most people link their personal lives to FB, and so most don't wish to publicise their involvement here.

Twitter is much more a platform where you can create multiple accounts, and promote your stories, anonymously.
I consider myself to be a pretty open minded person and honest BUT there are still some things in my personal life that should remain private and liking Lush on Facebook is one of them. I have plenty of close friends who know about my membership and adventures on Lush and I'm happy to discuss it with anyone who asks but to promote it on my personal account where my family, friends, colleagues and most importantly, my teenage SON, have viewing privileges is pushing the boundaries even for me.

There is a time and place for everything after all.
ahaha...my pic on facebook is here on lush too...laughing i just might

i would love to shock some people
I am just here too say, that I am one off the few who have liked lush on FB, yes I have family on my account, but they have never asked I have never said.... my parents however are not on FB, but my mother knows what type of stories I write, I just don't write erotica.

if me liking lush and friends and family see, you never know if they are coming to the site making accounts and doing their own posting, you just never know!

not that I disagree with the ones above, yes I see your view also.
I would open a second FB account and "like" LUSH. But , seeing as my family is VERY catholic ....I may cause quite a few heat attacks.

I Would 'Like' Lush On Facebook If I Had An Account There.
I have a writer's profile on FB under the name Mabry Michaels, and "liking" Lush was the first thing I did, TBH. For people who want to become authors, having a social page isn't a bad idea. I "liked" Lush to help support it.
