So what's the point?
If I'm a man in my next life, it's not like I will remember the wisdom or thrill of having been a woman in my previous life.
But if you made it hard on men in this lifetime, like passing laws that discriminate against them or making them second class citizens, you'd be punished for it in the next life, so it would be to everyone's benefit to make things better for the opposite sex because that's what we'd be next.
