I recommend calling someone in your life and reminding them of how much they mean to you and how and why you love them. It sounds corny to some, but it's guaranteed to make you both feel better.

I recommend:

Brew yourself up a nice cup of Earl Grey tea. Make sure it's good and hot and strong...
Add in a goodly amount of sugar and cream. And a double shot of Stoly's...

Enjoy!

I watch it as well. Last year was interesting. Will hope that they can keep it up without it getting too much like X-Files.

I'm a big House fan as well. Worked with a doctor similar to him one time. He was brilliant and caustic and damn good.

I recommend giving up meat for at least a week. Then examine how your metabolism just "magically" begins to work smoother and easier.

You are right about that ... cut out sugar and your pancreas will thank you endlessly (as well as the rest of your body).

If people reduced their "whites" (sugar & flour) and up their fruits & veggies (and still remain meat eaters, within moderation) ... their whole metabolism changes to use up the fuel more efficiently; what will reduce extra weight, assist in better sleep/rest, and give one more energy. Win/Win/Win!
