Take a nap, a long hot shower, go for a swim, surround myself with good company, workout, and listen to music.
I've recently started meditating but a good jog after a stressful day usually works.
How do I feel better after a bad day? Simple - 2 oz Balvenie 21 yr and a quick roll with the wife. There - all the stress and bullstuff is no longer important.

Sex...if I'm not too down in the dumps for it.
Also, I have myself a good cry. Like an ugly cry. And then I watch cartoons.
I also pull shit out of my pantry and start baking it...but that's usually when I'm upset or stressed.
Sometimes weed helps. But I don't typically smoke weed when I'm feeling extreme emotions...only recreationally.

music and watching a few favorite tv series..
Being left to enjoy my Music.
Talking to my friends helps a lot. And oh, listening to music.
Talk to my honey
Zumba
Giggle with my son
15 minutes of playing Frisbee with my dogs and the problems of the day are forgotten. Nothing beats a ride on my motorcycle blows all the cobwebs out. You can't worry about your bad day on a bike.
If it's a day that's bad enough to make me cry I'd come home and snuggle with my baby brother or I talk to my mom or best friend. Sometimes I bake or take a bath, but probably ill end up reading or watching episodes of bones or just crying. I tend to sleep really well after I cry.
A run or a swim. Get those endorphins going or a hug and chat with a friend.
Exercise is an extremely effective mood booster
I have three methods of "stress relief"... either a good stiff drink (repeat as necessary), a good hard animal fuck, or I go chop a cord or two of firewood!
Firstly I like to be left alone, then play a computer game, watch favorite TV show or put on my favorite music, Alcohol is usually a must, preferable a few fine British Ales. Although it does vary, sometimes I wanna go for a walk or jog, or even go shopping. Retail Therapy can work, although the bank balance can take a hit ;)
I just want to hide listen to music and maybe a glass of wine.
There's something about pounding the soles of my running shoes on the gravelled path.
The anger dissipates shortly after - literally (not a fan of excruciatingly long runs - just short distances.. 3 miles).
And then a nice hot shower after. I'll cool down by then.
I eat my feelings then watch some cheesy sit-coms.
My latest story is a racy little piece about what happens when someone cute from work invites you over to watch Netflix and Chill. My punching bag cops it all along with some hardcore rock music. Then I eat a bowl of icecream.
music.. music... music.. large G&T.. large G&T giggles
I love to meditate. I do so on a daily basis but I appreciate it a lot more after a hard day.
Vent and have a glass of wine
I clean the house and my car.. Cleaning is like getting all the negative energy out my system and life. I feel much better when everything is clean, dusted and in place.
Since I've had quite a few of these lately, I'm all too familiar with my routine.
Wine, snuggling with my dogs and some good quality time cooking or baking.
After getting home chores out of the way.......
Sometimes the gym, other times my music then a good book.
Listening to the song Iridescent by Linkin Park.
