I can't say with certainty, but I would seriously doubt it. Some folks seem hell-bent on making sure that never happens, no matter how good the story.
Edited: I just found one that has been up for a while and has earned all 5's. I'm hesitant to give a pointer to it because no doubt someone would go and spoil it.

i am afraid that the perfect 5 are awarded too easily here......Even i have been guilty of awarded a coveted 5,to friends on Lush,even though it hasnt been deserved.But it is difficult not to,however other stories,i have given a true rating based on what i have read .....
