I have had dreams in the past, dating back as far back as I can remember and in some of the dreams the people in the dreams I have never met in real life. It might be days, weeks or even months I will see someone or meet someone who reminds me of the dream. I might be in the town I live in or traveling across country. My dreams are very detailed and sex is strong, hate to wake up it feels so real. A few times the people in the dream turn out to be the same person in real life, same body, the way they talk and move and make love. Have you ever had this happen?

Sometimes dreams have wings and soar...other times, dreams just snore. I have dreams for sure.

Well.. I do dream of stuff that is still going to happen or people I'm going to meet. But never about sex!
It's crazy to read your post because I had something like this this very morning(it doesn't happen to often so..) anyway..
My friend invited me over for breakfast and I got on my bike to go there.. part of the trip I knew what was going to happen because I remembered it from a dream.
I got a text on the way there which i remembered. I knew what the next text was going to be and that I had to break for a blue car at the next corner.. it all happened.

Unlike you I do not have sex in these dreams.. these dreams only happen once a year or something and I never know which dream will be a future experience and which won't. Up until now none of them have been of any significance..

Use this sixth sense of yours as long as it sticks because I'm not sure whether its even real or just deja vu sometimes ;)

I do dream of things that will happen. I dread the earthquake dreams I have, because literally a few days afterwards, there are earthquakes where thousands of people die in them.

I also knew that my dad was going to die a year before it happened (it was a huge shock to everybody else). I have known a few times about people dying due to dreams.

I have known about certain events before they happen this way, and nearly all of them are unhappy things. I think I must have Gloomy Event Foresight. Is it because I'm gloomy, or has it made me gloomy? I guess we'll never know! I'd prefer to know about happy things.

I have dreamed of people I met later, but nothing that was foreboding, or anything.

For me, THOSE kind of dreams are memories (and I'm lucky enough to have LOTS of those!)

Hello, recently have had vivid dreams, where I could hear the voices of the people involved and see their faces. This was an event (or series of events) when i was much younger. They seem so real, and one fact in the dream is correct.

My therapist has suggested a trusted hypnotist to determine if this is a memory I have blocked or just a hyperactive fantasy.

Is anyone experienced in latent / blocked memories and also, exp with a hypnotist?

Sorry that I am being vague, the story and more thoughts are on my wall. BUT I am thinking of whether to try the hypnotist and can these memories be real?

I've had dreams where there were people I didn't know in real life. Sometimes they're dissapointing to wake up from. I've also had dreams where it was more me waking into the already active life of an alternate version of me, who lives in an alternate version of my city, but those stopped about two tears ago when he killed himself.
