So there's a small chain of bar and grills in Kansas City called "The Peanut" They make an incredible sandwich called the triple BLT. Now as a rule I'm just OK with BLT's but their version has 1/2 lb of bacon 3 varieties of shredded cheese, chopped red onion, lettuce, tomato Helman's mayo on 3 pieces of toast. truly a must have if you get to KC

Turkey heated up with a little garlic powder, pepper and melted mozzarella, topped with lettuce, tomato, bacon, and mayo on toasted bread.

Reuben
4 oz thinly sliced lean pastrami
sauerkraut
2 thick-ish slices of the best available swiss cheese
2 slices dark rye bread
red chile buttermilk [ranch] dressing)
Assemble and grill in a panini press. If you spray the outer surface of the bread with a thin coating of oil the bread will brown better.
The red chile buttermilk is my personal twist on the Russian dressing (Thousand Island is a poor substitute for Russian).

Buttermilk (Ranch) dressing.
Light rye bread.
Prepare as for Reuben

Sharp cheddar cheese
2 slices San Francisco sourdough bread
Toast the bread.
While the bread nuke the chicken and cheese (just to the point the cheese is melting).
Assemble sandwich with desired condiments (mustard, mayo, etc.)

A Ferty (some call it a Joe Don) Po Boy. A hot roast beef with gravy, grilled ham and swiss. Dressed with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles with mayo and / or honey mustard on Leidenheimer French Bread. Add a bag of Zapp's Potato Chips Spicy Cajun Crawtators and a tall ice filled glass of Barques Root Beer.
It's almost Orgasmic.
