Just had an amazing two hours out on a boat although I now feel queasy after going so fast 😅 Lots of sea spray to the mouth. Gonna have proper Fish n Chips now.
Not sure of the main course yet, but will start with Caprese Salad with fresh Basil from our garden and decent tomatoes from the market. Truly fresh Mozzarella is not plentiful here, but what we have will be okay.

I've cooked chicken gyros. On a side note I wish my Maltese great-grandmother had passed some recipes down. I should check some out to increase my Mediterranean culinary repertoire.
Pizza, Garden Salad, Cheesy Garlic Bread, and Dr. Pepper over crushed ice. For dessert, it's Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Mousse and topped with fresh whipped cream.
