It's my husband's birthday so I've made green Thai chicken curry with lemongrass rice. Also baked banana bread.

I've cooked potsticker dumplings and coconut rice, with a salad of red cabbage, lettuce, cucumber, carrot and tomatoes drizzled with ginger and soy dressing.
