I rarely eat it, but still I love BLTs. I trim as much fat off as possible and fry it medium crisp, then dry the grease off with paper towels so it's neither limp nor breakable.

chewy,but not too chewy,on one of the food channels i watch on Youtube,they took bacon and wrapped it around the outside of a burger before throwing it on the grill,thats something i plan on trying Tuesday for my birthday dinner
Bacon is awesome. I worry about the 20% that does not like it? I love it with chocolate on it also!
