Mine would be a fine malted Scotch, two fingers over ice..
Ice cold Beer Product of USA
Rum, or rum or rum
Red wine, and some time «  Poire Combier «
Usually wine, occasionally various margaritas, White Russians.

Brandie
White Russians are a great favorite for me.
If the Main Course is Lamb or Beef, then a glass or two of Penfold's Grange.

Afterwards it would have to be Cognac (Martell), Single Malt (at least 15 y.o.), Bourbon (Pappy Van Winkle).

It would a great, after dinner conversation, discussing the merits of all the great spirits.
Beer—JW Dundee “Honey Brown “

Wine-California Merlot
I normally like margaritas smile
I like the way you make me feel even when I'm nowhere near...
I practically never drink any alcohol while eating all alone by myself; whatever drink I might have in the evening (if any) is almost guaranteed to be past 9-10pm.

I enjoy pouring myself many different kinds of alcoholic beverages, but an extremely frequent one that I keep coming back to is simply Baileys on the rocks.

Yeah I know, sissy drink and all that... please fuck off and just let me have my routine Irish delight.
Wine if I’m eating something rich, Malbec for red and Chardonnay for white. Occasionally a merlot.

For everything else it’s bourbon. Just with a dash of water. I’ll have a beer in summer.

I don’t drink after dinner.

and a mescato after a desert course.

Malbec <------ for red

...just when you think you know someone.
After dinner I like having a port while my friends and family are having dessert and coffee.

After leaving the restaurant... It's anything goes. Just depends on the place and what is best to get there.

We have some amazing chardonnays here. I’m not a wine snob I drink what tastes good.

This anti-chardonnay stance is all a ruse to get you alone with a bottle that you think proves me wrong and your most slippery pair of panties that will end up at your ankles at any given second with me standing behind you as you bend over and pickup said slippery panties while I agree that chardonnay is alright.
I love having beer or wine with dinner. It depends on the meal and where I'm eating. If I'm driving I'll stick with water or tea and have some whiskey when I get home.

Jokes on you, commando all the way.

Depends a lot on the meal but I like a nice bourbon on the rocks afterwords
A Scotch or a bourbon is great, but l'm not all that picky. A stogie is nice too, but a joint is better.
Wine paired with the meal and then a glass of white wine after dinner
