What strikes me as strange is that I would expect any female who wished to be male, to want to have the appropriate attribute(s) to go with it. In other words to totally abandon the feminine side of their nature and plumbing. After all I understand that prosthetics can be available.

If (and I say IF) the statement is true that 'she' was changed to an apparent 'he', then a wonderful job has been done in the chest area, and in growing facial, chest and other body hair which looks very realistic.

Massive hormonal changes took place and I'm surprised at what I see in the genital area.

But that person is attractive to neither gender I would have thought ...... and yet there he stands in 'his' masculine role and appears terrifically proud of his feminine parts.

And as for "Would I hit it?" I wouldn't touch it with a 20 foot pole LOL

I agree - the picture absolutely is that of a man ... everything convinces it's a man until you get to the genitals. These days the people who are clever with digital photography can create anything.
