Meh. It's obviously a long-duration photograph of an aircraft with it's landing lights on and a strobe on it's belly (or wingtip) that flashes double every second or so. It looks like there's a red steady light burning on the left wingtip as well, but it's very blurred du to the motion of the camera during the exposure.
