It was set at 40, but with lots of videos / pics being posted, pages were taking a long time to load sometimes.

I've changed it to 30.

What's everyone's preference?

It might help the browsers. I know mine was locking up with threads that featured tons of vids.

No problem. It's a fine line between being irritated by having to click next page a lot, or having it too deep.

The speedtest was a good idea, shows why some people are having issues with the busier video / pic type threads.
