This is a viable question. I have written two Revenge Sex stories myself. My most recent one just placed 3rd in the Money Talks Story competition. It is currently placed in Straight Sex. If Revenge Sex were a category I would've placed in that instead. My other revenge sex story is part of a college sex series and I would never change that from College Sex.
When I first saw this thread question I only thought of stories where the author writes of one person taking revenge on a cheating mate by having revenge sex with someone else or using a sex scheme to get back at someone.
If it were to be a category it would be up to story mods like myself to make sure that the category was used appropriately. Anything like in those revenge picture sites is already not allowed here on Lush and we'd reject that. So nothing new for us.
It certainly never hurts to make well thought out suggestions and this is one of those. We do have a lot of categories that really do a great job of encompassing everything we allow. Of course it will be up to site management to decide if adding another category is appropriate at this time.

I've read so many revenge-type stories on here, and I've loved them. In fact, they're my favorite. They're always so edgy and gritty, which is right up my alley.
Sure they explore the darker sides of human emotion, but I don't think revenge sex stories are related to revenge porn. Revenge porn can ruin lives...so can revenge sex (if we view it melodramatically), but only in terms of heartbreak and such...which we have plenty of stories/poems about, no?

Honestly though, if someone doesn't like the category, don't write or read in it. It seems a lot of people think it would be a truly good category to write in. It could even possibly inspire some writers to write who haven't in a while, or bring in new members. Those are both huge pluses to add a category.
And for those of us who have the Omnium badge, if we manged to write in every other category, we can do this one too. It's not like we all quit writing. We're all still very active. If this isn't your cup of tea, then don't write in it and lose the badge. *Shrugs* It's as simple as that.
Looks like a no for this one.

I think the category has merit here .... though, maybe revenge is more of a tag.
