Testing The Waters.
I've noticed some significant slowdown, but it's never been completely down. Tends to be initially accessing it, rather than loading once it starts. Once it kicks in, it loads pretty quickly.

We are sending a very large amount of traffic to the mobile site, so the server has been upgraded significantly the last week.
It takes a few days for the DNS to propagate which caused the downtime unfortunately.
The server has been very fast since the changes have been made. I'm very impressed.
