Cannot pause chat.

"This is not a bug, use the scroll feature it then freezes chat, Admin"

No whisper feature in chat.  Private tab or nothing.

"PM feature in chat that replaces whisper, Admin"

Does not appear that the block feature works in chat.  Blocked users can still see whatever the person who blocked them is typing.

"The chat block prevents users from contacting you and not from you seeing anything they post they post publicly, Admin"

Does not appear that profile blogs were migrated.  Have these been lost?

"We never migrated them, we are looking at them at the moment to see if there is something we can do about this, Admin"

On the Account page in my profile, on the Cancel tab, it suggests I do not have a subscription.  I do.

Actions are no longer supported in chat.

How do we see comments on our stories.  I hope you bring back a timeline because I can’t figure out where we would see this.

It seems very clunky with more steps involved to see stuff.

I can’t view the site on my iPad only my phone.

Just in case the memo didn't get out to everyone before the move:

Most of the site has been migrated to the new structure.

Messages will come along in a day or so.

Badges and other bits and pieces will also come across soon.

So if any of your _content_ is missing, please hang fire for a few days and check again.

With so much data to move, doing it in one shot would mean Lush would have been down for faaaaar longer than the few hours it was today.

To reiterate what Jen said at the top of this thread, if you spot mission critical stuff or technical glitches, please flag them here. If it's something that isn't quite the same as before or a feature request, please note it down on a bit of paper - it might be a bug - and if it's not resolved after all the big things have been ironed out, raise it as an issue then.

There are a lot of changes and some things may simply be in a different place or be accessed in a different manner than you're used to. Poke around and see what you find.

One other thing: it's advisable to go to your profile settings and review each page. But don't just nod and say, "yep all good". On each page, click Update.

Some settings take on defaults that make it look like they're applied when they're actually not set. The first time I clicked Update on my Privacy tab, for instance, an unchecked box became checked. I unchecked it again and hit Update once more and the value stuck.

So before you report settings not working, please verify that the settings you see are actually what's applied. Save your changes on all settings pages to be sure, and verify after you've saved them that the values match.

5) Ignore the mystery "Go" button alongside 🙄 and instead tap "Show results" underneath.

6) Profit.

There is no "Show Filters" on my page -- that's the problem. Many of us are seeing very different pages (no quote/edit/etc) than the rest of you. I can't even get to my profile without finding my avatar somewhere and clicking that. Very frustrating

Try clicking your avatar in the menu and then My Comments. It lists activity on your profile page and stories. And, in fact, is better than before because you can filter them by Profile (wall/page) or Story (comments).

I understand your frustration. I had a similar experience, as noted above in response to caramel . Some pages worked fine and showed me the header bar with my avatar in it, others showed me "Complete your profile" or simply failed to load.

It wasn't until I actually changed my Location in the profile, moved through each of the 4 steps in the profile setup, and got to the end that the site started functioning more predictably.

Not saying this is what's happening in all cases, and the forum glitches may well be to do with permissions or something above my pay grade, but if some pages work and others look like they've kicked you out, please double and triple check that you have gone through the profile migration steps fully.

I found a tiny little message - in Lush red so I never noticed it - that said "Location not recognised". The air was blue until that "aha" moment because I wanted Lush back dammit!

I have checked the profile numerous times. There are some questions I will not answer, but none of those get flagged. I have to log in with every page change, even topic to topic in the forum.

As with any change, there will be different reactions from each and every user based on their expectation and experience. From the time V2 has gone live, I have noticed good workarounds and those are nice but I know it will be better once the bugs are fixed.

I have a simiIar issue with kiteares and lilly in the Forums. It asks you to log in again even if the root link to forums is logged in.  I also do not have a quote/like/edit option. What I have observed is that it is only in the desktop (laptop) view that is having an issue with those on my end. Accessed on a mobile device, it has the quote/like/edit options. I don't know if it is the same with the rest but I hope that helps. 

My other observations and user-experience issues earlier have been posted by other members.

The only issue I've had is when I login from a different browser. Seeing as I have special character on my username, it doesn't read it but I've noticed that I can ask to update my password. I update it to the same password and ta-da I have access to Lush. 

That's the only issue I've had. I am browsing Lush from it's App. I love it. And I only close window, I never ever log off cause I don't wish to update password. 

I wish that many of you would give it a try because it was very ugly how you all were whining in chatroom.

I don't even want to be in the chatroom cause all you see is people whining. 

Oh, and Platinum Members were asking about their membership but I see that many of us have a little cute star on our avis in Forum. What will happen to Platinum Membership?

Hey hey folks 😂😃👋 I actually surprised myself by visiting each room and saying hello. The feel is much better ..loads of people and much more rooms. Exciting and busy indeed. Just need a button to exit the room direct to homepage. 

A nice visit in games forum 😂😂😃 a few functions missing, but I'm sure they will be added in due time. 

I have never had to login so many times 😂😂😃 again, it is all fairly new ..just need time to adjust and fix. Still under construction sort of thing. 

Awesome job team 😃👍 keep up the great work. It's still early days. 

Oh ..is there a way we can stop seeing people's signatures in forum. It's a struggle via phone 😃 just sharing.

1) Visit forum root page: https://www.lushstories.com/forum

2) Tap More>Forum Settings

3) At the bottom of the panel under your sig is "Hide signatures."

4) Save.

I am supposed to be logged in. If I go to a story, I can read it, but have no option to score or comment. I see no way to log-in again, ala posting here. 

As of an hour ago, I am getting ads on every page top and bottom and a prompt to upgrade my membership -- which is already Gold.

In the previous version, I had the option to add stories to my favorites list, but now I can’t find the list. Will it be back soon, or is it gone?

I have updated my profile, as forced to do so when i first logged in to the new site.  Set my location, but I have a US flag against my username in the chat.  How can this be changed?

The links to other parts of a story series have disappeared have to log into authors profile to find any more parts.

I noticed famous stories and legendary stories are missing from our badges.  Will those eventually come back?

I'm finding on my pc that the links at the top to login etc are unresponsive when clicked normally. I have to right-click and "open link in new tab" to get it to direct to the link. Also no idea if this is a bug but if you click on the series button on a story it is impossible to navigate. Everything is disordered, and the entire name cannot be seen so the chapter numbers aren't shown. I don't know if you're unable to show the entire names due to the setup, but I was wondering if it's possible to implement a hover over function which will display the entire story name when changes/updates are done.

We have listed everything in this thread in order of priority and are working our way through them. This includes bugs as well as feature requests etc. 

A lot of issues seem to come up over and over again and are related to just a few major bugs, we are looking at these right now as they are mission critical and should help an awful lot of issues across the site. 

You should see a big difference in a few days and most of the bugs should be ironed out completely in the next few weeks. Please keep posting stuff here as it's easy for us to pick up if it's in one place.
