Do people navigate using pages?

It sounds like people would still like to have this feature in place, in some guise.

So it's not a system drain as Gav mentions, I wonder if it's possible to add the option for people to "jump to page XYZ" of each category? I'll ask the powers that be. All it would be is creating a query string like Liz mentioned, and going to it at the touch of a button.

"Jump to page [textbox]" is fraught with human error potential.

To do anything more elegant, ( such as a drop-down menu ) you still have to do everything Gav was trying to eliminate.

I reset my phone and lost my bookmarks. Wish the page navigation's back but no biggie.
Just curious... If an old unmoderated story pops up, is it deleted?
