Comp badges

I’m seeing more and more competition badges on forum sigs. What’s going to happen when members get up to 50 or 100 comp badges? You’re going to end up with thousands of badges needing somewhere to be displayed. That’s a lot of space.

How about the competition entry badge show the number of competition entries, like the author badge. Restrict the number of individual badges to say three or six with winner, second place and third place winners automatically taking precedence? For the remainder, give the author the ability to specify which badges he or she wants to show on their profile.

We could create a plain white and black 'Badged Out' badge with a sad face for having too many competition badges.

I think it is a fine idea to go ahead and restrict the number of competition entry badges in the forum signature line. I would say that I'd hate to lose any of my competition badges on my profile page, however. At this time Ping and I are the only Lushies that are displaying seven of those lovely creations.

But, as long as it is all fair I will accept whatever will come about. Having a competition badge with the number of contest entries does sound appealing. That could display my 28 entries. Regaeman Man
