I'm not sure about the 'poor man's' part, but it definitely sounds more convenient than a full-on Sybian.
I've always thought Sybians were interesting in theory, but I've always wondered at the practicality of owning one. This is why every home needs a "Sex Room" with a lock on the door. You can leave out the sybian, the sex swing, the dildo collection, whips and ropes, porn collection, video camera, sex dolls etc.

Seriously though. The pillow thing works. I love the idea of a Sybian, but the size and cost throw me off. I can't justify spending that much on a toy, when vibes work just as well.
