Edited this thread from the wall of text it was before. Got hurt in my first relationship and hurt the other person in my 2nd and now feeling sort of disillusioned with sex even though ive had some wonderful times doing it, particularly in 1st relationship. Aloof type of person normally but the disillusionment coupled with growing depression and sexual future seems pretty bleak for the moment. Im 26. Trying to focus on health and study but damn if somedays I want to dive my face between a pair of legs or breasts and aaaaaaaaaaaaa

Anyone have experiences like this? How did you find good relationships? Is it pure luck? I barely got good male relationships lol. Or family.
The depression leaks into my masturbation even. Any good self-love practices to do while you in a rut? I joined here to see if reading erotica might bring the erotic back cause lately when I jerk its just to cum and sleep. Which I dont think is good habit in long run either.

Yes. At age 64 I can say you are experiencing normal life. Some times it just sucks. Fortunately i learned earlier rather than later ways to cope and feel good about my day anyway. There no one single coping trick, nothing will work consistently every time, & in fact is best to use more than one coping mechanism at a time.

As for sexual frustration. This is one of the nice things about NSA sex. One can hook up with someone else who needs to get off and lose that source of tension for a day or two or however long.

So, have fun and enjoy your life, it runs out fast enough without one obsessing over the bad days.

Don't panic ,Don't panic as Corporal Jones would say in Dads Army . You only 26 and therefore have plenty of time on your side, I bump into singles much older than you .Keep socialising with friends and when out don't chase girls let them chase you, There are lots of eye contact and body language videos on You Tube .Watch and learn how to read the signs. Also think of your wardrobe and grooming and make yourself look the best and not just one of the crowd, Basically your selling yourself to the highest bidder.
