enema advice

Not sure where to post this question so I will start here. My wife and I both enjoy anal giving and receiving. However as most Anal experts know there is some clean up required after. W watch a lot of porn on X hamster and it seems as you don't see much clean up needed on these movies. We have read that a enema would help with this issue. So we are wondering if anyone had some advise. like how long before anal should it be administered and what is a good recipe for the water

it will feel better ifyou do clean,and i just use water and have to do it sevral time to get good and clean.

I agree. With each douche you can take in more water to clean deeper. The more frequent you do it the better.

People putting anything alcoholic up their ass are going to get drunk as hell. The alcohol is absorbed into the system faster than if they had drank it. It is easily possible to get alcohol poison which can be fatal.

The best enema is just plain warm water, or add a little mild Castile Soap. You should not make a regular habit of this as ecesive enemas destroy the natural flora in the rectum and colon. Results can be severe stomach cramps, severe diarrhea, reduced muscle tone in the anal sphincter and many other adverse side effects.

I use warm water with some perfumes. Do it twice before the moment.

I have always just used warm water. You need to do it a couple of times before sex.

Use warm water for enema and try and hold it in for as long as possible. Preferably for 10-15 minutes. Then douche 2 or three times afterwards then wait about 15 minutes for any think left. After this you should be fine for hours and possibly the next day.
