I have been watching this post and it seems to me that misskitty asked two questions. The first one on page two was never answered. If it was it would probably saved a lot of drama. I too was under the impression that it was one view person on anyones profile that counted, I did not know that it was reset every hour. If the guidelines were explained better in the first place confusion would have not been there.

Question two got more answers and explaination as to how the voting was done.

One more thing. I agree the comp should stop now, it has served it's purpose.

Nobody was supposed to know that. It didn't need explaining, doing so would have caused more harm than good. It was simply a measure Gav put in place to restrict someone from trying to game the system.
