This is a hard message to be sending out.
After 4 months of battling cancer, Larry Douglas Johnson (LD) known to his Lush friends as Warlock, passed away Saturday May 13th at home with his family. His last words were literally, “I love you all” with his wife, daughter and grandson. He did not appear to be in pain and passed away peacefully. He really appreciated those who reached out to him and those who sent messages to say hello and check on him. Even though he did not say it often, he loved you all so much and appreciated everyones friendship. Larry being the quiet type did not want to have a service, however, his close family are planning to hold a golf tournament in his honour as that was one of his favorite things he enjoyed playing. His family do not have a date for this yet, but they are hoping it will be around July in Pacific Grove, Ca. He loved that golf course where he played with his family and his golf club buddies.
Again, thank you for your friendship with Larry. His stories, posts also in the forums, his sense of humourwill be missed.
RIP Warlock (LD).
