I've seen the smartest minds on the project working through a complex problem while my team tried to triage the incoming reports so the experts don't get overwhelmed.

It's a stressful job, rarely gets the credit it deserves and I'm sure there's a few dents in desks or walls when things don't go well.

Despite the system changing almost by hour, having problems logging in or being able to access the mod portals.
It's a wonder the mods didn't throw their hands up and give up. Golly they did the opposite.
With systems acting up, overly emotional users, and their own personal frustrations they were always professional, helpful, kind and themselves. Like people arriving at a crisis site, they rolled up their sleeves, put on their smiles and got stuck in. Seeing them in action is a beautiful thing, they stayed positive under severe pressure and weren't afraid to have a laugh too.
Systems may have a wobble but the mods stayed steady.
So to each and every one of you, the chat guardians, the forum watchdogs, and the story verifiers.
