Somebody want to tell me what type of MIT engineering degree it takes to make a soft serve ice cream cone? 
I mean I understand there are weight and balance issues, and probably some thermal calculations to make but seriously, how high on the corporate ladder do you need to reach to be able to make a simple vanilla ice cream cone at a fast food joint?
I have seen these "technicians" at work, and it is quite challenging work. I mean you have to hold the cone in one hand and pull the silver lever with the other. You have to stop it before the ice cream runs all over your hand and then, as if that wasn't enough of a mind-bender, I asked for the ice cream cone to be put in a cup. No wonder it seemed to baffle the girl at the counter! She had to call the manager because apparently, ice cream cones was above her pay grade.
