All laws must have a Lush theme, can be frivolous, overdue punishment, address social or morals issue.
One law per post

Examples:

1) I proclaim Aug 30 as National Everyone Naked Day (frivoulous?)
2) All employed persons shall receive 12 condoms each Friday (social issue?)
3) All men who honk their horns at girls walking on the street shall have their tiny little peckers removed. (overdue punishment?)
