Yeah there's some weirdness here. Each time you add a comment to a story, it flips the post order of page 1 (and sometimes 2, depending on how many items are on it) of the Interactions panel. It starts out reverse order, as it should be with most recent first, then I think it flips to show the oldest post first of "today" or the last 24hrs or something.
Subsequent pages pick up the trail properly in reverse posted order. It's only the most recent posts that are affected.
This is how it has worked for a long time now. It was reported and confirmed here a number of times. You have to wait for a new interaction from someone before it will clear up.
